Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate in a friendly, fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, prepare breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, pizzas, and keep the coffee station organized. You’ll also handle the register, process payments, fuel transactions, and assist with lottery and ID verifications.

Maintain well-stocked shelves, ensure cleanliness, and follow safety policies. This role supports a team‑oriented, customer‑focused store culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, shelves are fresh and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and procedures.
• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
