Job summary

Bruceton Farm Service, Inc. invites applications for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service, assist customers, and handle basic store transactions in a busy rural Ohio market.

The role requires reading, writing and speaking English, basic math for forms, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work varied shifts as determined by the General Manager. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to perform simple math for store forms.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Interact productively with fellow employees.
• Read and interpret store forms and perform basic calculations.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Stock shelves and coolers; retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, windows, and parking lot.
• Work in cooler or freezer briefly when needed.
• Learn and operate a computer and point-of-sale system.
