Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring Team Members to provide friendly guest service, help guests select wash options, and direct vehicles through our car wash tunnel at our Katy, TX location. Training is provided, and you’ll join a fast-paced team that values safety, cleanliness, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
