Job Description

As a Customer Service Support Staff or Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing sales support, marketing assistance, and exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in promoting US Connect's products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for converting consumer leads into US Connect customers and members to ensure the growth of our consumer base.

Requirements

ASSOCIATE:
- Assigned to an Outreach Collaborator
- Passed training & testing
- Obtained RAD ID
- Permitted to have Inventory from OC
- Full marketplace access
SPECIALIST:
- Managed by US Connect and sent on US Connect enrollment assignments
SUPPORT STAFF LVL 1:
- Handles assigned tasks, knowledgeable on all products, services, programs, lifeline, ACP
SUPPORT STAFF LVL 2:
- Shift or task supervisors managing 5 LVL 1 staff to modify configurations and fix minor system discrepancies; major changes must be made by developers.

**Co-Branded Website for enrollments. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, enrollments, and all other expenses related to outreach, procurement, marketing, sales, and distribution. USC provides the infrastructure, systems, licenses, and marketing reimbursement funds.
