Marucci Sports is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Baton Rouge team. You will provide professional, friendly support by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and guiding customers through product information.

You will be the main point of contact, handling calls, emails, and chat with a focus on delivering a positive experience. The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and basic computer skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years' related experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Proficient with basic computer software.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; forwards to specialist if needed.
• Resolves customer issues and ensures satisfaction.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
