Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC (RLG) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the sales cycle by entering orders and providing basic account servicing. The role emphasizes excellent technology and communication skills and prior experience in manufacturing or packaging environments is highly valued.

The position reports to the Manager, Customer Service. Pay range is $22.00–$30.00 per hour with full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience and/or training.
• Experience in manufacturing or printing/packaging environment is a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations; write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to calculate figures and read measurement devices.
• Sitting, talking, standing and walking as part of regular duties.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to collect information and product specs.
• Receive and review purchase orders via email, fax, or phone and confirm details.
• Process new orders and communicate delivery or shipping requirements.
• Route materials to production and notify plant personnel of special orders.
• Handle inquiries and complaints promptly with follow-through.
• Prioritize workload to meet business needs.
• Assist billing by verifying shipping documents and reports.
• Demonstrate a consistent drive to exceed customer expectations.
