Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Rep to support store operations at 352 Anderson Ave. You will stock ingredients, process telephone orders, take inventory, and maintain clean equipment and facilities. The role requires accurate arithmetic, cash handling, and the ability to enter orders via keyboard or touch screen while communicating clearly with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Able to use calculator and enter orders via keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
