Job summary

Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, GA is seeking a Customer Service Operator-Communications for a full-time, day shift position (Mon-Fri, 7AM-3PM). You will manage incoming calls, route calls, and handle general inquiries, with responsibilities including code response and overhead announcements.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and preferably some PBX/call center experience, with the ability to work quickly and maintain friendliness and efficiency under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• PBX operator, call agent, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to help customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls, call routing and general inquiries.
• Provide code response and overhead announcements.
• Perform other clerical, secretarial or receptionist duties as required.
