Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and hard-working Customer Service Attendant in Warren, MI for a full-time role. You will handle deliveries, stock shelves, and ensure displays are inviting at client locations.

You will promote products, maintain safety standards, and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues while contributing to a clean, organized environment and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality required to promote products.

• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.
• Stock shelves, coolers, vending machines and market displays according to standards and keep areas visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
