Position Title: Customer Service Manager (Office Manager)

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 / year

Job Summary:

The Office Manager oversees all financial aspects of the commissary, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and customer service. This role acts as a key communication link between operations and finance, working closely with the Operations Director and reporting to the Regional Controller. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Operations Directors to communicate financial information and meet operational and customer needs
  • Managing daily customer service issues and communication
  • Handling office supplies, equipment, and activities to ensure efficiency
  • Processing specialty orders such as add-on, late, wrong-dated, deletion, catering, and special event orders
  • Serving as a Lightspeed expert for scheduling, menu creation, and order management
  • Acting as a point of escalation for the office team regarding AP, AR, and customer service
  • Working with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records
  • Growing sales through client visits to address service issues and needs
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing
  • Performing sales analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred)
  • 3-5 years' experience in client service or office management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for providing world-class service
