Forever Cheese, a leading specialty food importer headquartered in New York with a Secaucus, NJ warehouse, seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead the inside team and own the full order-to-invoice process. You will set service standards, resolve order exceptions, and coordinate cross-functional activity with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance.
You will manage 3-5 reps, drive process improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction across retail, foodservice, and distributor channels.

The Customer Service Manager leads the inside team responsible for order management, customer communications, and the operational workflows that keep the commercial team running. You’ll own the full order-to-invoice process across our customer segments, set and enforce the service standards the team works to, and serve as the day-to-day decision-maker on order exceptions, short-ships, and credit holds so field reps stay focused on selling.
This is a player-coach role. You’ll manage a team of 3-5 Customer Service reps while staying close enough to the work to make the call when it matters. You’ll report to the COO and work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance.
