Safran is seeking a Customer Service Manager to maintain key client relationships and lead the Customer Service Team in delivering exceptional service. You will oversee escalation handling, ensure adherence to global processes, and coordinate with Purchasing, Operations and Sales to optimize order flow.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in customer service and management, with strong communication and leadership skills.
