Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead the Oakland store operations, drive sales, and mentor the sales team. You will ensure excellent donor and customer service, manage daily tasks, and uphold Goodwill standards.
You will oversee staffing, training, security, and safety, while meeting growth goals and controlling costs in a fast-paced retail environment within the mission of empowering individuals and strengthening families.
