Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is partnering with a leading global manufacturer of aerospace and orthopedic metal alloys in Muskegon, MI to identify and evaluate a Sales Manager. This role leads sales operations at a flagship plant in West Michigan within a 120+ billion-dollar global manufacturing organization.

You will own CRM, orders, forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing and Technology. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in alloy or aerospace industries.
• Familiarity with CM alloys and manufacturing processes.
• Prior leadership or team management experience.
• Strong account management, presentation, and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Own day-to-day customer communication and relationship management across current, new, and upcoming orders.
• Maintain and control finished goods inventory levels, monitoring for risk and opportunity.
• Track and expedite production orders to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Perform order entry and apply contract review guidelines.
• Propose strategic sales initiatives aligned to customer demand and internal capacity.
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and Manufacturing/Technology on specifications and capability.

• Own customer relationship management, order fulfillment, and sales forecasting for a high-precision alloy business serving aerospace and industrial markets
• Relocation assistance available for qualified non-local candidates

What You Will Do:

• Manage, lead, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives
