Job description

Join to apply for the Customer Service Manager role at Vanguard Dealer Services.

Location: On-Site Eau Claire, WI or Minneapolis, MN (Travel to Eau Claire may be required if based in Minneapolis).

Position Overview

This role focuses on account development with existing customers and supporting sales operations for F&I agencies and automotive dealerships. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in maintaining and growing revenue by building strong relationships and communicating regularly with customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Onboard new customers effectively.
  2. Conduct outbound sales and training to promote platform usage, especially for new accounts.
  3. Provide customer service and sales support to dealerships.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant state forms and regulations.
  5. Maintain accurate CRM records.
  6. Assist in outbound marketing efforts with the Sales and Marketing team.
  7. Participate in training, tradeshows, and seminars.
  8. Contribute to special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive retail F&I or working with F&I professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly responsive with strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with dealership technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and data analysis tools.
