Job description

The Clark Team is seeking an Associate Customer Service Manager to join our team in the Commercial Real Estate industry. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Corona. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and managing a team effectively. Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and lead the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner
  • Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor team performance metrics and generate reports for management review
