Customer Service Manager

Serenity Healthcare is a rapidly growing organization seeking our next generation of leaders. The Customer Service Manager will work in a clinic to educate customers on treatment options and provide top-tier customer care.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport and credibility with customers.
  • Overcome customer objections and effectively promote Serenity's treatment options.
  • Educate customers about FDA-approved treatments passionately.
  • Help create a positive environment for staff and patients.
  • Be willing to learn various roles and assist as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • A customer service focus aimed at helping others improve their lives
  • Ability to connect with people and positively influence decisions
