Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee to lead and develop a team of reps in a state-of-the-art call center. You will gain hands-on management skills through a structured training program while contributing to delivering legendary customer service.

Full-time hours are 24/7 with various shifts. The role includes extensive onboarding, on-site collaboration, and opportunities for significant growth and earning potential through bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record in customer service with leadership potential.
• Leadership/management experience is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
