Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee to develop on-the-job leadership skills in our state-of-the-art call center. Earn while you learn with comprehensive training and hands-on supervision.

This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay of $29–$34, 24/7 shifts, opportunities for advancement, and strong benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
