Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee. Pay ranges from $29 to $34 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. This full-time role operates with set schedules across a 24/7 operation at the Kenosha facility.

You will master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program and will lead a team of customer service representatives, evaluating performance and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Leadership/management experience is a plus.
