Job description

The QC Holdings E-commerce Department is seeking Remote customer service professionals to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE LOAN SPECIALISTThis is a full-time opportunity with BONUS POTENTIAL. This position will secure, verify, and analyze customer loan application information as set forth in product guidelines to provide quality consumer loan services. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated with great interpersonal and PC skills and a high degree of professionalism.

The job requires direct phone contact with customers who are applying for consumer loans via our company website with an emphasis on loan origination. We also have separate positions available with a focus on loan servicing and collections if that is your specialty.

Location : Fully Remote with / optional Hybrid opportunity upon successful completion of training and maintaining of performance standards.

Eligible remote candidates must reside in a state that our company currently does business in. Those states are as follows :

Alabama, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience in a customer service role. Prior loan processing / verifying / collecting helpful but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both oral and written.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to type 35+ wpm.
