Job Responsibilities
  • Meet company customer service standards.
  • Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government-regulated products and services.
  • Obey safety guidelines for food preparation as per company and health department standards.
  • Perform detailed cleaning of store interior and exterior according to standards.
  • Stock and rotate products, including coolers and freezers.
  • Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
  • Follow company rules of conduct and ethics.
  • Motivate sales associates to increase store sales and profitability using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Assist the store manager in hiring, developing, and training staff to meet standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
