Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Client Sales Lead in Lehi, Utah to guide individuals on their personal journeys, provide options, and support them through the process. You will lead by example, fostering trust and exceptional service within the team, with a mission-driven focus and opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, 2+ years of sales, 3+ years of customer service (preferably in leadership roles), and outstanding communication and emotional intelligence skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
