University of Missouri - Columbia is seeking a Customer Service Lead in the MRR Administration to coordinate complex international logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery of products and services worldwide.
You will serve as a trusted resource for customers and internal stakeholders, manage import/export activities, conduct screenings, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with carriers and the MU Office of Export Control.

The Customer Service Lead reports to the Manager of CustomerService and plays a key role in coordinating complex internationallogistics operations that support the timely delivery of MURRproducts and services around the world. This position serves as atrusted resource for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuringseamless logistics, regulatory compliance, and exceptional servicethroughout the process.
Monday through Friday - 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Position may require work outside of this schedule due to ourinternational customers and shipping routes.
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education andexperience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparableknowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 per year
