What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Assist members in finding primary care physicians within their network
- Provide detailed information about changes that may affect customers
- Communicate effectively while navigating multiple systems to assist customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for toggling between multiple systems
- Open availability between 7 am - 2 am EST, 7 days a week
- Must reside in the state of Missouri
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare
- Familiarity with VoIP technology and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive customer situations
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
