What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns to provide updates and support
- Update personal information on accounts and complete orders as needed
- Navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers effectively
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to manage multiple systems
- Open availability between 7 am - 2 am EST, 7 days a week
