ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash is hiring energetic, friendly Team Members for our Granbury, TX locations. No car wash experience is required—we provide training to help you succeed.

As a Team Member, you will deliver friendly service, help guests understand wash options, and keep work areas clean and safe. This role can be full-time or part-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, dependable and comfortable with customers.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests and explain wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on guest needs.
• Safely direct vehicles through the car wash tunnel.
• Work across pay station, tunnel, vacuum, and other guest areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized car wash environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations efficient.
