ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash is hiring Team Members for our Willis, TX location. You will deliver friendly guest service, explain wash options, and help guests choose memberships. You’ll guide vehicles through our tunnel and support multiple areas, from pay stations to vacuums, in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

No prior car wash experience is required; we provide training. Join a team that values safety, cleanliness, and a positive attitude as you help keep the location

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to every guest.
• Explain wash services and membership options to customers.
• Direct vehicles safely through the wash tunnel and pay station.
• Rotate across locations areas (pay station, tunnel, vacuum area) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment and follow safety rules.
• Collaborate with team to keep operations running efficiently.
