Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant customer service experience.
• Proficiency with SAP, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Export Control compliance: US Person required; work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure appropriate order fulfillment to maintain high standards for an assigned customer group or products.
• Establish and optimize Customer Services standards, response times, and satisfaction metrics.
• Plan and prioritize resources and capacity in the team.
• Address supply chain issues during order processing to minimize impact on service quality.
• Identify optimization areas and report to management.
• Implement operational measures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
