Qualifications

• Provides fast, friendly service by actively seeking customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Learns product information using available tools to help sell projects.
• Greets, qualifies, recommends and closes customers in the department.
• Maintains in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensures a clean, shop-able and safe environment.
• Works with supervisors and other associates across departments to meet safety policies and standards.
• May work in departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental.

Responsibilities
