This position involves hands-on service, technical support, and customer interaction, both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements:
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone
Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system
Provide emergency responses for critical incidents
Regularly scheduled time slots for 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response
