What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound telephone calls and emails, addressing customer queries and providing solutions
- Efficiently manage cases while meeting required average handling times (AHT) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements in all interactions
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared goals
- Take initiative in problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a contact center environment
- Experience working on the SET campaign or with a train operating company is preferred but not essential
- Ability to consistently meet set targets and work in a high-quality measured role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
