Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order or service-related resolutions.
  • Manage and update customer records in the system accurately.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be open to work in 9-hour shifts (8 hours production + 1 hour split breaks).
