Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Spokane Valley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return rentals. This role involves working with a supportive team and offers on-the-job education.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Explain products and services to customers and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and drive a forklift (certification provided on employment).

Education
