Job summary

U-Haul Holding Company (North Las Vegas location) seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals and equipment. You will use U-Scan tech to dispatch, inspect, and return equipment, assist with installations and safety checks, and support ongoing U-Haul education.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, teamwork, and on-the-job training with opportunities to advance and qualify for certifications upon employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
