Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Woodland, CA. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using modern technology to dispatch and return rentals.

Pay ranges from $16.90 to $17.50 hourly. The role includes on-the-job education, two hands-on interviews with pay, benefits such as health insurance, holidays, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
