Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Crum Lynne, PA location to be the friendly face helping customers with rentals and equipment inspections. You’ll use up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment.

The role offers on-the-job education, a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus through our certification program. Growth opportunities exist in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Customer service mindset and ability to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and ensure safety checks.
