Role Overview: Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks to deliver service for customer equipment.

Service Area: Houston, TX

Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift

Responsibilities
  • Service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites, based on experience.
  • Ensure timely and effective repairs, provide operator training, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance within the territory, meeting or exceeding revenue, expense, and inventory targets.
  • Manage tools, test equipment, and company assets responsibly.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues, and perform administrative duties accurately.
  • Mentor other Customer Service Engineers on technical and operational responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience servicing Medical Imaging Equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools, network applications, and troubleshooting documents.
  • 7+ years as a biomedical or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently, including physical requirements.
