Join us in applying for the Customer Service Engineer 2 - Las Vegas, NV role at Siemens Healthineers.

This role involves performing technical, mainly pre-defined tasks to ensure service delivery for customer equipment. The service area is Las Vegas, NV, with shift requirements after onboarding: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities
  • Service DX Equipment in Las Vegas, NV, with level based on experience.
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites.
  • Deliver timely repairs and training to operators for optimal system performance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance within the territory, including revenue, expenses, and inventory.
  • Manage company assets such as vehicles, tools, and inventory parts.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues, and perform administrative duties accurately.
Candidate Profile

This position suits ambitious professionals eager to advance their careers. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Knowledge and experience servicing Medical DX Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools and service test equipment.
  • Understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding principles.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with tools, network applications, and service tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, etc.).
  • At least 3 years' experience as a biomedical or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work independently.
