Job Overview

This role supports the Customer Service & E-Commerce programs, focusing on leading processes for checkout, grocery delivery, and pickup at your assigned store. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, managing daily operations, and supporting team development to ensure excellent customer service and program execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience and hold team members accountable.
  • Balance in-store customer service with online order completion.
  • Monitor customer flow and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and security standards.
  • Coach and motivate team members to high performance.
  • Identify process improvements and support store initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ months retail experience.
  • Strong analysis, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations applications.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Stand/walk 6-8 hours daily.
  • Work in various environmental conditions, including cold and wet environments.
Compensation & Benefits

Wage range: $16.50 - $23.35/hr, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, store discounts, paid time off, and more, as per Whole Benefits plan.
