A Cleaner World in Kernersville, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative and back-up delivery driver. You will greet customers, provide product information, and resolve questions with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

This role operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth within the company. Flexible scheduling and weekday hours with some Saturdays are available; Sundays off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide clear information about products and services, helping customers select the best options for their needs.
• Promptly and professionally address customer questions, concerns, or complaints.
• Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Drive the company van to deliver orders to customers’ homes as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
