Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and Chauffeur license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good driving record
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• At least 21 years old
• Annual DOT-regulated medical exam

Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders promptly while providing excellent customer service
• Act as a brand ambassador, explaining Kroger's Seamless Experience and delivery process
• Maintain professionalism and personal presentation
• Drive safely and follow Kroger's driving standards
• Ensure deliveries are on time and in good condition, resolving issues as needed
• Communicate with customers during delivery about any issues or delays
• Keep accurate records of deliveries
• Assist fellow drivers when needed
• Monitor and record temperatures to ensure food safety
• Handle products safely, report breakages or contamination
• Conduct vehicle pre-inspections and report defects
• Operate technology devices for mapping and customer interaction
• Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
