Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass a DOT medical exam annually.

Desired Experience/Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service and delivery driving preferred.

• Deliver customer orders while providing excellent service and acting as a Kroger brand ambassador.
• Maintain professionalism and personal presentation during customer interactions.
• Drive safely according to Kroger's standards.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of orders, resolving any issues as needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and assist fellow drivers when necessary.
• Monitor and record temperatures to ensure food safety.
• Handle products safely, report breakages or contamination.
• Perform vehicle pre-inspections and report defects.
• Operate technology devices for mapping and customer interaction.
