Customer Service Delivery Driver (Finance)

Serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service while delivering customer orders to the home. Drive a company delivery vehicle, demonstrating safe and efficient driving behavior and adhering to Kroger's driving standards. Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass a DOT-regulated medical exam annually
• Good driving record
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• At least 21 years old
• Chauffer's license may be required in some states

Preferred Experience/Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Delivery driver experience

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering orders and providing excellent customer service
• Acting as a brand ambassador and explaining delivery processes
• Maintaining professionalism and personal presentation
• Driving safely and according to standards
• Ensuring timely and condition-appropriate delivery of orders
• Communicating with customers about delivery status
• Keeping accurate delivery records
• Assisting fellow drivers when needed
• Monitoring and recording temperatures to ensure food safety
• Handling products safely and reporting issues
• Performing vehicle pre-inspections and reporting defects
