Job description

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #3305, located at: 300 SE 29th Street, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. This is a Part-Time job. Starting Pay: $16.26-17.00/hr or based on relevant experience.

This position involves working closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Responsibilities also include delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe and timely manner using Company vans or pick-up trucks.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. This access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company conducts a review of criminal history to ensure safety and protect its reputation and operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
