Shift Requirements

• The hours for this position are from 11 am - 9 pm. Availability to work 7 days a week is required. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay of $22.00/hour
• Opportunity to increase hourly pay by $0.50 every 3 months based on performance
• Represent our dynamic brand through memorable customer experiences and vehicle deliveries

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using our custom car haulers (no commercial license required; training provided)
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle and equipment regularly for safety
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain detailed notes in our tracking system
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record as per Carvana's policies
• Obtain necessary state-specific licenses or certifications within specified timeframes (e.g., Notary, Chauffeur's license, Vehicle Verifier license)

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for driving and vehicle handling
