Responsibilities

• Greet, thank, make eye contact, and engage with customers.
• Process fast-paced transactions on a register and accurately account for any mistakes.
• Prepare quality food using food service equipment according to FiveStar guidelines.
• Maintain PAR levels in the Deli (Cold and Hot).
• Promote FiveStar specials by informing customers and upsell on each transaction.
• Clean and merchandise sales areas to keep products visually appealing and available.
• Clean floors, restrooms, parking lots, and store surroundings.
• Follow safety rules and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Adhere to company policies as outlined in the FiveStar employee handbook.
