Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take customers' orders and payments in both the lobby and at the drive-thru
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Taco Bell standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment including back of house, dining room, restrooms, and drive-thru areas
• Support teammates and shift leaders by communicating clearly
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and escalate to a shift leader when needed
