About the Role

WashU Carwash is seeking a highly-motivated Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an experienced, customer service-driven individual who understands the meaning of a world-class experience. Delivering superior customer service is essential to the daily success of our operations. The ideal candidate's ability to present a positive, can-do attitude in all customer interactions and efficiently manage various customer service tasks are extremely valued.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for day-to-day customer success and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and text in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure a world class customer experience
  • Collaborate with the General Managers and maintenance to resolve customer issues
  • Resolve issues that cannot be resolved at the location (billing, refunds, service concerns, etc)
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate findings to management for continuous improvement
