Responsibilities

  1. Answering phone calls in the languages mentioned, with a nice, controlled voice, on a priority established by the team leader.
  2. Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  3. Sensing other people’s emotions and providing the answer or support based on their needs.
  4. Maintaining a high-level tolerance without losing temper or being irritated by the day-to-day situation.
  5. Adjusting easily to changing scenarios regarding ways of working.
  6. Focusing on the needs of customers and providing the right solution.
  7. Receiving and placing customer orders for the in-scope products/services (leasing, credit, bank accounts).
  8. Providing customer service through electronic channels.
  9. Projecting a positive image of the company and brand.
  10. Implementing changes using creativity and focus on process improvement.
  11. Correctly and completely documenting all customer interactions.
  12. Using time effectively and prioritizing daily tasks accordingly.
  13. Sharing relevant knowledge obtained through customer interactions with all team members.
  14. Attending training sessions.
  15. Arranging work schedules with colleagues flexibly, according to business needs.
  16. Successfully completing the training plan and passing the process knowledge test (PKT) on a regular basis.
  17. Providing assistance to new colleagues whenever possible.
  18. Informing the process trainers and the management team whenever information in an SOP is identified as out-of-date.
  19. Using tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as per business and process requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  1. Very good knowledge of Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
  2. Bachelor’s degree.
  3. Good MS Office knowledge.
  4. Analytical thinking and self-starter.

Preferred qualifications

  1. Relevant experience in phone customer service.
  2. High motivation and ability to learn.
  3. Ability to work under time pressure.
